These terms govern use of the Wiggins Logistics website and digital products sold by Wiggins Logistics LLC.

The website provides transportation education, research tools, opportunity listings, and downloadable digital products. Product descriptions, prices, included files, and delivery details shown at checkout are part of the applicable purchase terms.
Digital products are delivered electronically through Payhip after successful payment. Payments are processed through Payhip and Stripe under their applicable terms and privacy notices. No physical product is shipped. Prices and taxes, when applicable, are shown at checkout.
Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the buyer’s own single-business use. Wiggins Logistics retains copyright and ownership. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, sublicensed, copied for another business, or used to create a competing product.
Content and products are general educational and planning resources, not legal, tax, insurance, medical, employment, safety, or regulatory advice. The buyer is responsible for adapting materials to the actual business, cargo, customer, contract, jurisdiction, and operating model and for obtaining qualified advice when needed.
Listings may be supplied by third parties and can change without notice. Users must verify identity, terms, classification, requirements, compensation, and availability directly with the listed company.
Wiggins Logistics does not guarantee employment, contracts, income, routes, regulatory approval, compliance, business results, suitability, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access. Digital products are provided as practical starting materials and must be reviewed before operational use.
Digital-product refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Do not misuse forms, submit deceptive listings, scrape personal information, interfere with security, or represent Wiggins Logistics content as a final legal or regulatory determination.
