Information you submit
Website forms may collect contact details, company details, opportunity information, newsletter consent choices, and messages. The RouteGuard concept survey collects role, fleet size, general incident categories, workflow challenges, feature priorities, current tools, price preference, optional comments, referral and campaign parameters, and the submission date. An email address is optional and is stored only with explicit early-access or newsletter consent. When you buy a digital product, Wiggins Logistics may receive order details made available by its commerce providers, such as your email address, product purchased, transaction status, and tax or billing location. Do not submit medical records, protected health information, patient or recipient names, government identifiers, banking credentials, driver-license images, or other sensitive information through the website, survey, or support messages.
Payments
Checkout is hosted by Payhip and payment processing is provided by Stripe. Wiggins Logistics does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number on this website. Payhip and Stripe process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver purchases and receipts, provide customer support, maintain transaction and tax records, prevent misuse, respond to messages, review proposed opportunities, manage corrections, conduct product research, measure RouteGuard concept interest, prioritize possible features, and manage requested early-access and newsletter updates. Wiggins Logistics does not sell personal information.
Company opportunity review
Company opportunity submissions are screened for completeness, duplicate records, domain consistency, unsafe links, suspicious payment language, sensitive-data requests, and other risk indicators. Automated checks may block or route a submission for review, but first-time company listings are not published without an authenticated owner decision. The original submission, review status, flags, owner-edited publication copy, and a limited audit history may be retained to operate the directory, prevent abuse, document consent, and resolve reports.
Storage, service providers, and traffic data
Website submissions and basic operational records use platform-hosted storage. Kit directly processes newsletter subscription requests, confirmation messages, email delivery, engagement information, and unsubscribe choices under its privacy terms. First-party RouteGuard measurement records page views, survey-button clicks, survey starts, completions, early-access signups, referral source, and UTM campaign parameters. The website platform may also generate security and traffic information such as visited routes, device or browser data, and approximate location derived from network information. Wiggins Logistics currently does not run separate advertising pixels or enroll buyers or survey respondents in a marketing list automatically. Payhip and Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on their own pages.
Retention and security
Survey responses, optional early-access consent records, and first-party RouteGuard events are retained only as long as reasonably needed for concept validation, product research, security, aggregate analysis, and related business records. Purchase, support, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal records may require different retention periods. Service providers may keep records under their own policies. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may complete the RouteGuard survey without providing an email. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through the contact page or by emailing hello@wigginslogisticsllc.com, subject to records Wiggins Logistics or its providers must retain for legal, tax, security, or transaction purposes.
